FastEcho's configuration program doesn't use a GUI interface. It's just
text-based menus. If Squish (or its config program) was a GUI program it
would make it quite difficult to port between platforms, but text-based is
not so difficult.
It should be an external program to Squish though.

HTick is a separate program.

Two features I'd like to see in Squish itself:
1. Ability to automatically add new echos to its config file
2. Built-in personal mail scanner (like WIMM) that works at the .PKT level (like HPT)
