        I finally got McAfee back up on the desktop. It was a struggle.
 It took forever to get it, maybe 30 attempts. And it only gave me the
 old blue version, whereas the new one shows a red screen label c/w with
 a redhead on the site opening screen. That new version is on the Thinkpad
 and my old VIA 800 desktop.

        I have removed Avast from my system due to their lateness in
 providing a legal key for my free version. I saved it on a .doc just in
 case... !
