We had confirmation of the pregnancy and the whole family was aware.
 
Because of the medical urgency and severe bleeding, in the hospital we got
another gynaecologist, rather young but very very capable. We stayed with
him and my daughters are now using him as well.
 
But I do not wish anyone to have to experience that ordeal. Especially
psychologically. It was going to be the firstone and the first reaction is
"Oh no, this isn't happening to us".
 
At that point we were told, because of potential infections to refrain from
having intercourse for 6 months. Maybe that was a bit exagerated but I'm
not a doctor. Anyway, after 3 months  my wife was pregnant
again. ;-)
