The German language transmission from Deutsche Welle on 3995 kHz between 
0600-0800 UTC came in here with reasonable clarity last night.  I've never 
heard them on that frequency during the time period mentioned.  Meanwhile, 
the English language transmission on 7385 kHz between 0900-0950 UTC came in 
with a pretty fair signal.  Atmospheric conditions must be good.

I tried picking up a signal from Radio Australia around 0900 UTC on 9580 kHz 
this morning.  It was being clobbered with another signal from the BBC World
