If by "not mint conditiond" you mean there are no centerfolds, then 
their collecibility is very limited.  If they have the centerfolds but 
are a little soiled and/or ragged, they're still useful for plugging 
holes in collections.  This presumes you're talking about issues prior 
to about 1965 or so; the later issues are pretty common.
