Actually, Francois, this is a grossly overstated impact on the BSD Unix
product. Find the full story in an excellently written history of the
OpenSource projects at

which talks about the history of Berkley Unix. Specific references to the
BSD/USL lawsuit can be found on the document named node32.html "The
