Actually, I like FreeBSD more than linux in every way except software 
availability, and hardware support.

Don't really know why.  I guess because there's not so much emphasis on 
graphical "tools" to handle system administration.  It's so well 
documented.  The ports system rocks.  And it's the most stable OS _I've_ 
ever ran.

Of course, I've yet to put any serious time into slackware.
