We are running Novell 3.11 with pserver on our server and we have two printers
and a plotter connected directly to the server. On top of that we have about 12
other printers in other offices around the building, these are networked using
old 386 computers (some without monitors) running RPRINTER, we also use work
stations with Rprinter. In 3.11 you can have up too 16 printers connected.
All you need to do is copy rprinter*.* into the root dir. of you local computer
and put a line into your autoexec.bat with the rprinter commands and set-up the
printer in pconsole and you should be away.
Use the online help for details.
If you decide to user this method and have any problems fell free to contact me
directly.
Hope this is of some help.
Regards Tony
