Hey Nicholas!
NB> mainly due to it only having 1gb memory
I read that somewhere and am wondering if that night have more to do with tmpfs
and swap wrt compiling and nothing to do with more mundane day to day stuff.
If so a powered usb hub and a 2.5" laptop drive might be the solution for if
and when having more tmpfs allocated could make all the difference.
NB> having the Pi3 for a couple hours
:-) Always great to have a new toy to play with.
NB> ArchLinuxARM-aarch64-latest
Maybe I'll try that out in a new qemu-system-aarch64 enviroment I am thinking
about compiling on ye olde octacore c2758 this weekend ... or shortly after.
Saturday will probably be a washout for me as I have other plans for it not
involving computers.
NB> Stay tuned
For sure. You have my undivided attention on all things raspi3-ish including
32 bit but especially 64 bit if that works out but even if it doesn't. From
this angle there appears to be much fun to be had with one (or more) of those.
I am sure it will make a great dedicated BBS if nothing else.
Life is good,
Maurice
