Unfortunately, what everyone has forgotten to tell you, is that you'll
also need a seperate dialer from the Shiva dialer built into Internet
Explorer.  You'll need something like Trumpet Winsock v2.  What you're
attempting is an horrendous task for Win 3.1x, but it *can* be
achieved... eventually.
