If they aim it at someone and pull the trigger, that's good enough to
prove intent. A 44mag or 357mag makes too much noise and the possibility
of missing your target is higher with more firepower. Nice thing about a
22 is that it's more powerful than the .25 and .32...even a .380 auto is
borderline.
