I no longer have my EleBBS setup, but I still have my backup of my old
RemoteAccess BBS, which should be similar to EleBBS.  This is the command line
I had configured for DCTEdit in RemoteAccess:
C:\RA\DCTEDIT\DCTEDIT.EXE /N*N /PC:\RA\NODE*N *M

Your path to DCTEDIT.EXE and your node directory will be different.  And from
what I remember, EleBBS was fairly similar to RemoteAccess, so I hope my
command line helps.
