I assume that you mean the standard of public opinon. I know of no
difference in the law.

For me it is sneaker and heels time as soon as the opportunity
presents itself and no one that I am responsible for is in immediate
danger. If I am alone, the second consideration doesn't count. :^)

Oh well, you could throw the mag at them. Think of the speedloading
possibilities when you can eject the mag with either hand. :^)
