FWIW, I'm running Netscape (latest version, I forgot) on a Win95 through
Concentric Network.  I've had no problems with the forum at all.  If I
understand it correctly AOL uses a form of cacheing that messes with Tom &
Edith's forum reload.  I'm sure someone can give a better description.  I
would
suspect it's an AOL conflict.  I would check there first.
