I tried to find something in the HELP files on that. It looks like the SIG file doesn't offer the options that the Tagline file offers when you select "prompt" mode. As near as I can figure out, if there is a SIG file, and it is listed in the configuration menu, it will automatically be tacked to the end of the message, with no prompting, when the message is saved.
