Maybe, maybe not.  But, as everyone in here claims, USR don't make the
majority of modems out there, so what does it matter what USR implement
properley?

V.34 is more far more popular today than V.FC (as in many more modems
connect using V.34 than V.FC).

One of my downfeeds always connects at 19,200 V.FC - but then again, he
lives west of the Dividing Range and has only barbed fencing wire running
to his property.
