Sorry, that was a direct import from the Courier's on-line text manual,
which doesn't give page numbers for the equivalent hard copy.

Dunno, but the same description has appeared in all Courier manuals for the
last 2 years, and were it a typo, one would have expected it to have been
corrected (or at least queried) by now.  It certainly appears ambiguous.

No, but by the same token, I never used HST with my Courier V.E (and my
other 1988 Courier HST is only capable of link rates up to 9600bps).
