Found it!  Check out https://www.pine64.org/ for the gory details.

Also stumbled across a micro-atx board from Gigabyte with a multicore 2.4GHz
armv8 SoC with two 8 lane pcie slots, 8 udimm slots, 2 10Gb lans, 2 1Gb lans, I
forget how many sata3, plus a SD slot.  No price given but I am assuming it
isn't cheap.  It would be comparable to the octacore C2758 intel board I am
using to cross compile for arm64 as we speak.

Anyhow the Pine A64+ 2GB boards look interesting and definetly affordable.
