Mm.  Yes,  I have heard of it.  I also recall somebody saying that you
*really* shouldn't run that unless you knew exactly what you were doing
with it,  in terms of setting it up.  Even have nobog134.zip in the files
section here,  though that's a bit dated,  going all the way back to 1994! 
I've never used it myself.
