I suggested Gerrit to add a VERSION file to fastlst like other husky
modules have. He said he will work on this sometimes. I think its no
problem, so the next release may have this file.

Where to put the files is described in the huskybse module, thats why i
suggested to correct the VERSION file of smapi to indicate the requirement
of huskybse. I hope a developer who can do this read my echomails, think
its a good idea and does it.
