I've been wondering about the upper limit too.  Seems to me that it used to be
32G but haven't seen any documentation about the 3.  If I find out I'll post it

Not counting a display it should be no more than 5W.  I have a 7" display that
I'd be tempted to put on there which in total should be somewhere between
10-15W total draw.
