I've read the documentation, made a sample config setup. I've also wrote
a little utility to let me handle other people's packets by giving me
the setup info I need to toss those packets (address, areas, etc). So
far I have been able to toss a few packets with the Win32 version. I'm going
to now try to fix the Long Message issue because it's one of the few things
causing me tossing problems. Once I get that fixed which if I'm right won't
take long now. I will be able to fix extra memory leaks, a crash I found
when creating a new area sometimes, and find out why the DOS version isn't
functional at this point in time. The last of those 3 is really the most
important as I'm sure a lot of you are using the DOS version. I hope to
have something useful by the end of this week, barring any other issues
that might come up or any hair ripping I might do in thsoe cases ^.^

Just a little heads up from the coder:)
