Interesting that you make the analogy between cars and guns. That is the
same
argument that the HCI is making. See their web page about licensing and
registration of handguns (http://www.handguncontrol.org/about-main.htm)
Their
point is to treat guns essentially the same way as we treat cars. Cars are
registered to the owner. Guns should be registered to the owner. Drivers of
cars are licensed, shooters of guns should be licensed.  Why treat guns any
less serious than cars?  Fascinating, I thought you would be dead set
against
all that. Or is the licensing of drivers and registration of cars all part
of
some secret agenda to ban cars?
