How about HCJB...  8-)  Can you imagine sitting at a stoplight at a crowded 
metro intersection and have the announcer say "From the foot of the Andes, 
this is HCJB in Quito Ecuador, South America..." 
Or like you say, perhaps someone that speaks Dutch, hearing references to 
their 'home town' a'commin' from your car...   Talk about the 
DoubleTakes !!!
