Hi, Sondra,

SB> OK, what's a hemangeoma? And what do they do about it?
I'm not too sure what they are, a collection of blood vessels (?) is what
the doctor said. They're fairly common and usually people don't even
know they have them. I presume the only reason I even felt anything was
because the gall bladder surgery was near it. I guess they don't do
anything about them. I had the ultrasound yesterday, but my doctor
doesn't have the results yet. I gather the radiologist wanted to compare
the ultrasound with the CT scan, and the CT scan is on the other side of
town.
Take care,
Robin
