	I think it a good idea for many, if not all, of the other states as well to
compile names of the friendlies.
	I might also add that a list or database of the known ANTIS might be
equally as helpful and valuable, especially if home addresses and places of
business are known too.  It never hurts to know your enemy's movements and
patterns.
