In years gone past when taking and giving instruction and using PA28-140, 161
etc spin training was conducted however the spin characteristics are so mild
that it was usually a requirement to do at least one flight in a C150/C152 to
show to all that spins in some aircraft type are NOT benign.

PS. NO I have never tried to spin an arrow but I would imagine recovery to be
conventional but as most arrow's are used for travelling and are IFR equipped
I
would not want to do one (at least without checking that the Avionics bay was
fully secure. :)
