Hello,
     matchbbs.org is the internet address containing information, files and 
contacts concerning the handicapped.  It is a BBS styled system that makes 
available interaction with families, individuals and organizations concerned 
with the rights (ada section 204 for example) and development's along those 
before mentioned subjects.  I must apologize for my poor wording and grammar, 
it has been a very long day.
     The matchbbs.org also contains an file archive containing upgrades to 
many computer speech programs, i.e., Artic Vision styled.  I hope that you 
will check out this web site.
