  Look in your cache directory (probably c:\netscape\cache) and you will find 
all the graphics files in there (jpg, bmp, etc.).  Use a graphics browser to 
view/move/rename the ones you want to save.  Be sure to move them out of the 
cache directory to another directory, since the cache gets purged 
periodically to make room for more graphics files.
