E-mail: isiric@magr.agr.hr ___ Blue Wave/DOS v2.30 --- OLMS 2.53p+ [HRSDA586] Hello Chaz! CH> i was wondering if you all are having the problem of going from the CH> dos version of 5.2 to the windows upgrade of 5.3. i ask this because CH> both my friend and i bought the program and am having problems CH> upgrading. we are not sure why. what are your recomendations. 5.3 is *not* a Windows versison. It only has a 'workbench' working other windows to compile DOS (real and protected mode apps). CA obviously didn't remember what happened with the introduction of Windows when we had several of these 'me too' things... The main problem with the upgrade is that it needs to find CLIPPER.EXE in one of the directories of your PATH. Other problems can only be solved if you describe them ;-) Bye, Jan --- FleetStreet 1.13 #857 ---------------* Origin: Sprint BBS, Zagreb, Croatia * +385 1 200 9014 (2:381/112) * Origin: * Point van Lighthouse BBS * OS/2 * (2:285/324.15) |
