subject: HELLO AGAIN

Hello Everyone,
I'm back again ... thanks to a very agreeable new sysop (Joe Seigler)!
I lost this conference for a while, but I recently signed to a new (to
me) board, asked the sysop if he would try to get this conference and
here I am. :)
First, I'd like to send my condolences to Jean Prophet on the loss of
"Baby". I know how difficult this is, especially when the horse has been
your special friend. I lost my very special guy nearly three years ago
and it's still tough.
To refresh your memory, I have four Arabians. A stallion, a mare, a gelding
and a filly. When I lost my connection, I was having a discussion with the
owner of Malla, the Norwegian Fjord (my worst habit -- I remember horses
much better than people). Are you still here? I am also the one who *was*
the Registrar and Newsletter Editor of The National Pinto Arabian Registry.
To make a long story short, I gave it up because of time constraints.
One of the horses I bred about five years ago should be coming home shortly.
The people who bought him have never really understood him and he finally
unloaded the woman, so now he's an "outlaw" (sigh). Oh well, one more horse
to retrain with one more mind to untangle. Actually, I'm rather looking
forward to it. He looks exactly like his sire (my stallion) except he's
bigger.
I'm looking forward to hearing from all of you again, so bring me up to
date, okay?
                        Ann
