Ferrari did a good impression of it this year in at least 2 races. (They
ought to be ashamed of themselves for acting that way...)

They do, but it isn't used to the level they have in other auto-sports.
Think about it, it would be pretty expensive to do it in testing and just
have that stuff sitting around during 95% of the laps that car runs...
