There are 3 columns there, the second is the build date. The latest date there is 2021-11-28. There are several files with this date. The one containing -binkd9x- is for Windows 95/98. The one containing -msvc10x64- is for 64-bit Windows (compiled using MSVC 10). All the rest are for 32-bit Windows.
