I am pleased that you have given some rerences that one can check out. I am
open-minded, not a user or a advocate of irrisponsible use. Perhaps it's a
just a difference in terminology, but I almost never use the term right any
more. I've learned the hard way, that all "rights" are relative. I do argue
for one thing, a rationale, sensible, sane drug policy that accomplishes
broadly head social goals of promting healthl, reducing crime and helping or
at least not stading in the way of people's fullfillment in their lives. Our
current drug policy is goinog no where except to greater lawlessness, more
people in jail and more crime.
