Now I have to blow the dust off a never-completed package that booted the 
Applicard out of ProDOS, leaving it resident while CP/M ran.  This was part of 
the ramp-up to the CardZ180 system (which always worked that way) and I never 
really polished it for distribution.

My assembly-language brain cells have been atrophied by years of C++ 
programming, so I'm not sure how quickly this will get done.
