You can set the L margin by going to the menu (press ESC) then Options|Left 
margin & making your setting.

From the menu type Util|Line draw on. Before doing so you may want to review 
the    line drawing type by selecting liNe type. When you do turn line 
drawing on, the movement of your cursor keys does the drawing.

You can provided AutoIndent is set ON (Not sure about Sticky).
