If it is already being built, then it is likely that they have planning
permission already, but the thing is that you could have objected at the
planning stage, not neccesarily at this stage though. you should
go to your local town hall to see what the score is in this regard.
If it obscures your view then I guess it could be argued that it is
interfering with the quiet enjoyment of your home. You may get
electromagnetic interference with some appliances because you are
so close to the transmitter, but cannot be sure.
also, (and can anyone enlighten me here) aren't there health issues
assosciated with living so close to a transmitter, and isn't there a
minimum distance the transmitter has to be away from dwellings
to xmit at a certain frequency?
