You can think all you like, but EBCDIC machines remain one of the most
important machines still standing. When you walk into Westpac, CBA etc to
do a transaction, sure enough, it's processed by a mainframe.

Well I now have 10 meg of compressed recipes. The users seem to be able to
get by fine, reading and writing ASCII recipes (in MealMaster layout).
