's Truth. We have two black cats. Pooka has distinct patches of light/dark black in his fur... when he was about 6 months old, he was actually silver along his haunches and belly, like someone had dipped his back end in frost. When the silver fell out, it came back blue-black... but his back and head are a redder black, though still *blacker* than any part of Pixie. Pixie, who's got no white at all on her, anywhere, has sable-black fur in sun, with darker tabby markings visible all over. - darkelf, who says black cats are monochromatic? ===== Obsequium parit amicos; veritas parit odium. - Cicero (Compliance produces friends; truth produces hate.) __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
