If you can't see the connection between:
        ... !ARJ_SECURITY ENVELOPE".  ...
and the message from ARJ Z ...
        "Bad or missing SECURITY key"
I can't help you. Sorry for that. To me it's blindingly obvious that ARJ Z  
will create the SECURITY ENVELOP.
