The only way known to me, to be able to use the OS/2 Boot Manager, is to
install OS/2 first, and then install whatever operating system.

After installing Windows, the Boot Manager is gone, but is easily
restored by running the OS/2 FDisk again, and voil  you can boot to
either operating system.

The problem is, that installing OS/2 on a modern machine with multiple
core CPU's, and big harddisks is a problem. You'll have to first make
two 2 Gb partitions for OS/2 (yes that's all needed), to have space for
all appliances and tools you may need.

Setting up the partitions for the HPFS file system makes it easier.

Then you may partition the rest of the HD for any other file system,
and install for example Windows.

However, the biggest problem is to overcome the multiple CPU problem.

The stationary Dell Optilux 760 I have could have a solution, but it
came with Windows 10pro updated from 7pro.

The BIOS has a setting to limit the CPU to only one core, and also a
setting to limit the HD partitions to 2 Gb. That COULD make it possible
to first install OS/2, and from there then partition the rest of the HD
for another Op.sys.

The problem is though, that I don't have a Windows 10p CD to make a new
installation :o)

Have a good night,

Holger
