Hello Bigi,

Your problem is simple, and you must fix your problem correctly however,
otherwise you'll end up with an unstable server.

Here's the idea:

For the Ethernet card, 3c509.lan for example, the following support
modules must be in memory prior to the NIC card itself loading, and
they are:

MSM.NLM  (or MSM31x.nlm)
ETHERTSM.NLM
NBI.NLA  (or NBI31.nlm)

If the above 3 modules are "incorrect" or as  a "group" do
not match each other as a "set", the NIC card does
not have sufficient knowledge of how to behave,
because the underlying support modules it needs are
not "defining the job" to CLIB.NLM and that's
why you're getting those messages.

Your solution is simple:

download the LANDR9.EXE patch, and from this
patch, you'll have 32spec drivers, or 33 spec drivers.
In a PCI based machine, 33spec drivers are more
"modern" and are probably more appropriate.
Install these drivers to SYS:SYSTEM
install any *.MSG files to SYS:SYSTEM\NLS\4

Double check your work very carefully and
read the documentation of what you're doing.
If you don't know what you're doing, get
help.

You also need the IPXRTR stack in addition
to the aforementioned Landr9.exe patch above.
Read the files very carefully. Make sure you
apply the correct drivers for Novell 4.11 or
3.12 or 3.11, and do not mix drivers of
Novell 3.12 with drivers of Novell 4.1
