I don't know anything about NAT32 but it probably isn't
needed. You could use your NetWare server for NAT. There
are so many issues that could cause a problem here I don't
really know where to start. What do the bindings look like
in Control-Panel->networking?

Please repost this to one of the "official" NetWare
newsgroups, like maybe comp.os.netware.connectivity. Of the
newsgroups that you crossposted to my newserver
(news.earthlink.net) only gets fido.novell.  comp.sys.novell
and comp.protocols.novell (and comp.dcom.lans.novell or
somesuch) where "officially" declared "dead" some time ago.
Many news servers still carry them since this news servers
do not drop "dead" newsgroups.

Crossposting among the comp.os.netware.* newsgroups is
totally useless since everyone reads them all. There are
many NetWare sysadmins that have done exactly what you want,
although they may not have used NAT32 to do it.

And try to fix your word wrap. Makes it hard to read when
you have long lines and single word lines like above. (It
is not my newsreader that did this!)
