This appeared to happen when I changed motherboards recently, but as these ports currently work OK, I've basically ignored them. It certainly doesn't appear to be a destructive bug at this stage, but I have been keeping my eye on it just in case. And no, I have absolutely no idea how to solve this "problem", either...
