Am I the only person who remembers the old days when if you wanted to sell
a gun and you found a buyer all you had to do was hagle price and agree on
payment and the deal was done. i bought a sweet shooting Ithica skeet gun
that way and sold it 2 years later for what I paid for it on a Browning
Lightning grade skeet gun that I still own and never shot as well as that
old Ithica. Skeet and trap shooters in this area are many and the dealing
went on weekly. It was great.
The business of drawing parrallels with cars is skewed because many of the
laws having to do with them exist as revenue raising devices only. To
maintain the roads only of course.
