No - apparently the US digitization standard uses 56k instead of 64k.

Granted they still do, AND that I corectly understood the tech brief on how
the toy worked, it has to match the actual digitization cycle.  Ours and
theirs are different, if so.  This is not a win, as far as we are
concerned.  Again...
