Just tried it again with the -latest dated for the 12th and it works but
the same problem exists for "makemaps".  However, as evidenced by
this particular message, it did install successfully once the "make
makemaps" was run in the maps/ directory.  Probably would also compile
if the proper "makemaps" was pointed to in the Makefile but this
methodology is easier.

Anyhow it is working ... sort of.

Now to update this point with the rest of the needed Husky tools and get
the node and point in sync.  Starting to look like a Fido network here.
