I'm not surprised someone made this statement. I was thinking that I
would explain that I am trying to help a friend out, who has lost his
manuals, but I thought that would only sound tacky. I know that I
usually have the same impression as you when I read such messages.
I'm afraid that I will just have to let you sit with your impression.
I will advise him to contact MSI. Currently, he does not care about
the problem too much. I was trying to work out the problem using his
system because, if I can, then I will consider purchasing QM myself.
I'm not sure it's worth me purchasing the manuals for him though (and
I'm sure the company would charge a replacement fee). He just doesn't
care enough!
If I were to buy QMP myself, I would like to resolve that technical
problem first, and also find out about the issues regarding getting a
DOS version. If I were to buy, I would want the DOS version, but I
would not want to pay a hefty price to use another platform's version
as well (Windoze '95 for example).
