Yep, I'm familiar with the S27 register, as that is of course
what I've been doing with Opus 1.73A.
In other words, as I suspected, there's no change in the new
release that will enable us vanilla Opus sysops to accurately
estimate downloads, etc., of callers who connect at over 14.4k,
and that would have been my primary reason for updating.
