Hi Tim, I found that the "new" wore of sooner than the finish. I
don't mean to sound sarcastic, but this has been the end result with
the boats I have had and do have. The main thing which I have kept
clean is the bottom, because it effects the boats operation in the
water.
Another effect is sun. Where is you boat stored? In a garage, or
covered marina on a hydrohoist? Left in the sun in the yard or at a
mooring will effect the plastic, encouraging the small cracks in the
finish and fadding of the colors.
